Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator's primary responsibility will be the organization and execution of a fully integrated marketing strategy for the OUT Foundation. They will work closely with the Marketing Director, who will provide guidance and oversight. They will also work with other members of the marketing team.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy - including but not limited to campaigns, events, digital marketing, and PR

  • Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products

  • Working closely with the board of directors to define marketing materials


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or marketing

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills

  • Proven track record in successful online marketing campaigns

  • Relevant experience creating successful marketing and PR collateral

  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours / week

All positions with the OUT Foundation are filled on a volunteer basis. Candidates who display a track record of volunteer work/activism within the LGBTQ+ community will be preferred.
